Compare stations and review team performance
Analytics and performance views help find patterns. They should be read with operating context: opening hours, fuel availability, station size, reporting period and incomplete shifts can change the apparent result.

Who this is for
Owners and authorized regional/station managers; visibility follows their scope.
Before you begin
Use a consistent period and understand whether the displayed measure is litres, revenue, margin or a discrepancy indicator.
1Compare stations fairly
- Open Analytics, station comparison or the multi-station workspace available to you. Set the period and station selection.
- Read each metric’s label and unit. Do not rank cash collections as if they were fuel sales or compare different date windows.
- Open a station’s details to explain changes using stock, prices, shifts and expenses. Check whether pending records are missing from a total.
- Use the corresponding report export when you need a saved comparison for review.
The comparison identifies a question to investigate, not an automatic judgement.
2Review employees
- Open Employees or Performance and choose the relevant person/period. Check assigned station and the work included.
- Review volumes, shifts and accuracy/discrepancy indicators alongside the source records.
- Discuss an unusual result with the responsible manager and preserve the facts. Correct data through the appropriate operational workflow.
- Avoid using a single ranking as payroll evidence or proof of wrongdoing.
Team follow-up uses complete records and operational context.
A practical example
A lower-volume station may have had an empty tank for part of the week. Confirm stock availability before interpreting its sales decline as employee underperformance.
If something goes wrong
I cannot see another station
That may be correct for your assignment. Ask the owner to review scope.
A large number is abbreviated
Open its detail/export for precision and keep the unit; an abbreviated card is a summary.
