Your first day with FuelOps
FuelOps connects the physical work at a station to a shared record: fuel comes into a tank, leaves through nozzles, is sold during shifts, and is reconciled with payments. This manual covers the customer workspace and mobile app. It does not describe the internal FuelOps operator console.

Who this is for
All users. Owners should complete setup before staff begin live work.
Before you begin
Use the account and organization intended for your business. Example names and figures in this manual are fictional.
1Follow the setup sequence
- The owner confirms organization access and checks the offer in Billing. An invitation is different from a payment confirmation.
- Create the station, its tanks and opening prices. Then configure pumps and each nozzle’s tank, unit, precision and current totalizer.
- Establish and approve opening stock and value where required. A tank capacity is not an opening stock quantity.
- Invite staff using their own email addresses and assign the correct roles and station scope.
- Walk through a supervised first shift using real readings. Record deliveries, credit and cash movements only once. Review the closed shift and its cash handover.
The station has a verified starting point and each person knows which actions they perform.
2Choose your reading path
- Attendants: read navigation, opening a shift, credit sales, closing a shift and mobile/offline use.
- Managers: also read stock, verification, discrepancies, cash handovers and expenses.
- Owners and finance staff: read access, roles, procurement, supplier invoices, reports, settings and billing.
- Use chapter search for a task or screen name. Each chapter shows preparation, ordered steps, a result and recovery advice.
You can learn a complete workflow without reading the manual in order.
A practical example
One station with a diesel tank and two nozzles: configure both nozzles against that tank. Their shift volumes reduce the same tank stock, while cash and credit are reconciled separately.
If something goes wrong
A menu in this guide is missing
Menus depend on role, station assignment and available features. Ask your owner to check access; do not create a second account to bypass it.
Is this a training database?
No. The normal workspace contains business records. Do not enter the manual’s sample values into live transactions.
