Create your account, accept an invitation and sign in

An individual account identifies you; membership gives you access to an organization. Keep those two steps separate. Owners, invited employees and customers onboarded after an office payment may enter through different starting screens.

Who this is for

Owners and invited staff.

Before you begin

Have access to the email address used for the invitation. Use a private password and a trusted device.

1Accept an invitation

  1. Open the invitation addressed to your email. Check the organization name before accepting.
  2. Sign in with that same email, or create your own account if the invitation asks you to do so. Complete any email verification presented.
  3. Accept the invitation and open the workspace. Check your name, organization and assigned station before entering records.
  4. If an invitation has expired or was sent to the wrong address, ask the owner to resend or replace it from Users.
What you should see

Your personal account is linked to the intended organization and role.

2Recover access safely

  1. Use Forgot password from sign-in and enter your account email. Follow the verification/reset instructions received.
  2. If a verification code expires, request a fresh one and use the newest message. Respect the resend countdown.
  3. If two-factor verification is required, use the authenticator or a recovery method you previously saved. A password reset does not mean security checks can be skipped.
  4. For a wrong organization, disabled membership or access-expiry message, contact the owner or FuelOps support with the exact message. Never send your password or verification codes.
What you should see

You restore your own access without sharing credentials.

A practical example

An owner invites manager@example.com. The manager must accept using manager@example.com, not a different personal mailbox, even when both addresses belong to the same person.

If something goes wrong

I paid but cannot enter

A payment must be verified and attached to the correct organization. For an office payment, provide your organization and account email to the FuelOps team, then wait for confirmed access.

I see no station

Membership may be pending, the organization may still need setup, or your role may lack an assignment. Ask the owner to inspect Users.
