REPORTS & DECISIONS
Fuel station reports: numbers you can explain.
A total is useful only when you know what it includes. FuelOps brings available station reports within reach and lets authorized people share the underlying business record.
No card · One station · 20 users · 500 active credit accounts
Set the scope before reading the total
Station, period and report type change the meaning of a number. A sales report does not replace a collections report. Current stock is not a promise of historical inventory for any chosen date. Begin with the question you need to answer.
FuelOps provides operational and financial reports with CSV and PDF exports. Access is controlled and reporting windows are bounded. Operational exports cover up to 31 days, financial exports up to 366 days, and stock is a current snapshot. These boundaries make the reporting scope explicit.
Share a report with its context
An export lets a manager and authorized colleagues work from the same result. Retain report type, period and station when using it in a review meeting or investigation.
Profit reports require the relevant valuation data. Incomplete figures should be resolved at source before becoming a basis for decisions. Multiple stations can belong to one organization, but consolidated comparative rankings across stations are not part of the delivered offer.
PRACTICAL SCENARIO
Prepare the monthly review
A manager wants to understand a month of rising sales. They also review credit, expenses and the valuation required for profit reporting. A PDF export supports discussion with authorized colleagues. Higher sales are not presented as automatically higher profit.
A method for your team
- 01
Define the question
Sales, cash, credit, expenses or stock: choose the report that answers the operating question.
- 02
Check scope and sources
Verify station, dates, permissions and data quality. Respect each report's stated window.
- 03
Share and interpret
Export CSV or PDF. Explain the figures and missing source data before reaching a conclusion.
