Use learning resources and referral information

The public resource library helps you prepare records and understand calculations. It does not submit transactions into your organization. Referral information, where available, is separate from station sales and customer credit.

Who this is for

All users for resources; authorized organization users for referrals.

Before you begin

Use the manual chapter for the actual operation before copying a result from a worksheet.

1Use a tool or a printable worksheet

  1. Open Resources from the public website. Choose a meter-index calculator, stock-reconciliation tool or cash-closing worksheet.
  2. Select the required unit and enter your own source readings. Read assumptions and warnings; an example is not a recommended setting for your pump.
  3. Print or retain the worksheet when useful, then enter or verify the real operation in your organization using the appropriate screen.
  4. Never count a calculator result as a saved shift, approved correction, stock delivery or paid expense.
What you should see

The resource supports your work without creating a duplicate operational record.

2Review referral activity

  1. If Referral is available to your account, open it and read the program terms and eligibility displayed.
  2. Use the referral link/code supplied to you rather than inventing a promotion or guaranteeing a reward.
  3. Review the recorded referrals and their status. A signup is not necessarily an eligible paid referral or an available reward.
  4. Use a withdrawal/request control only if it is offered and you meet the displayed conditions. Follow its review status and contact support about discrepancies.
What you should see

You distinguish referral progress from an approved or paid reward.

A practical example

A printed cash-closing sheet helps the cashier count. The official handover still needs to be recorded and confirmed in FuelOps by the authorized people.

If something goes wrong

The public calculator did not change my dashboard

That is expected. Public tools do not write to your organization.

A referral has no payable reward

Check the conditions and review status. Do not subtract an expected reward from a subscription or a customer’s debt.
